WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your jewelry for an exchange or refund.
After this period, no exchanges or cancellations will be accepted.

* Once the appraisal has been carried out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you of the result and the possible cost of restoring the jewel if it has been damaged.

WHERE AND HOW TO RETURN THE JEWEL?

Your jewel must be returned to us by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to the address below. It must be inserted in the bag stapled to the Edenly certificate, returned in its original case and with obligatoirementthe return receipt sent when you registered your return, it is also available in your customer account, under the heading "Return receipt".

For our French customers or those visiting Paris: Our Paris-Opéra boutique is also available for hand-delivery of your jewelry, except on Saturdays(see opening hours).

You are responsible for all costs and risks involved in returning the jewel.

Returning jewelry for reimbursement

The GIA certificate must also be returned to us, as it is only supplied for L'ATELIER jewelry with diamonds of more than 0.3 carats.
For earrings, the complete pair must be returned, as must a pendant and chain.

If these conditions are not met, your return will not be accepted.

On receipt, our Workshop will carry out an expertise.

If the jewel is damaged or soiled, you may be charged for its repair:
an estimate will then be sent to you for validation (the costs will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed). You will then have the option of requesting the return of the jewel if this is not to your satisfaction.

Reimbursement will be made within 15 days of the appraisal and/or validation of the estimate, via the payment method used for the order.

Returning jewelry for exchange

The GIA certificate must also be returned to us, as this is only supplied for L'ATELIER jewels with diamonds of over 0.3 carats.
For earrings, the complete pair must be returned, as must a pendant and chain.

Returning jewelry for warranty repair

On receipt of your return, our Workshop will carry out an expert appraisal within 15 days.

If the repair is covered by the warranty, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the jewel and will proceed with the repair without any financial compensation on your part.

Otherwise, we will send you a quotation for validation. You will then have the option of requesting the return of the jewel if this is not to your satisfaction. The work will begin as soon as the estimate has been paid.

Once the repair has been finalized, the jewel will be returned to the address to which the order was sent. You can change this address in your customer account.

Returning jewelry for repair outside warranty

On receipt of your return, our workshop will carry out an appraisal within 15 days and send you an estimate for validation. You will then have the opportunity to request the return of the jewel if it does not suit you.

Once the repair has been completed, the jewel will be sent back to you at the address to which the order was sent. You can change this address in your customer account.

Returning jewelry for resizing

You have 30 days to request a free resizing of your jewelry.

On receipt of your return, the operation will be carried out and the jewel will be sent back to you at the address to which the order was sent.

After 30 days, an expert appraisal will be carried out by our Atelier to determine the feasibility of the intervention and to draw up an estimate which will be sent to you for validation and payment.

Once the cut has been finalized, the jewel will be shipped back to you at the original shipping address.

However, you can change your delivery address in your customer account.

Returning jewelry for redemption at the gold price

On receipt of your shipment, an appraisal will be carried out by our workshop. This will confirm the weight of gold estimated at the time of your request.

If it coincides with the estimate made on our website, you will receive payment by bank transfer to the IBAN communicated at the time of your request.

If the weight is different, we will send you a corrected estimate for validation and payment.

You will then have the option of requesting the return of the jewel if this is not to your satisfaction.
